Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if items has manufacturing defects, and must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2 – 30 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are not available immediately at the store or on customer request.
Warranty
All products have a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, please contact us with your receipt and product details. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be in excellent condition with the original box and receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product is not in the condition described.
Lay-by
We offer lay-by options for up to 3 months. but if a customer decides to cancel lay-by A 30% cancellation fee will be charged if a customer cancels their lay-by agreement before.
